Some of the building type which are included in the form are:

No Classification: Generic type.

Assembly: Building for the gathering together of persons, such as auditoriums, gymnasiums, theaters, and sports facilities.

Business Office: Building for office, professional, or service type transactions; such as banks, libraries, and government offices.

Educational: Building for the purpose of instruction, such as schools, colleges, and universities.

Hotel: Building for transient occupancy, such as resorts, barracks, or dormitories.

Multi-Family: Building containing three or more dwelling units.

Restaurant: Building for the consumption of food or drink, including fast food, coffee shops, cafeterias, and bars.

Storage: Building for storage, such as aircraft hangers, garages, and warehouses.
